Cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled
application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. ADL offers our
customers the most cost effective cartridge gun dispensing systems.
All guns are covered by a one year warranty and supplied with a
starter kit of dispensing components.
A manual metal cartridge
gun with quick attach bayonet head and slight reverse rod action to
reduce drips. Suited to controlled lines or potting of most
adhesives, fluids, sealants, RTV, grease, gels, long cure or single part
epoxies, mastics and potting compounds. 32oz size (960cc approx).
Undo the retainer body
from the handle (thread fitting) on the gun. Load in a 32oz (960cc) cartridge. Ensure the
manual metal rod is pulled fully back by twisting the push rod
downwards. Attach a threaded nozzle or use a male luer lock
adapter with any standard needle tips. Squeeze trigger for flow.
Release of trigger stops material oozing.
Needle tip
adapters can also be used with the cartridges for attachment of all
standard needle
tips. All guns are all covered by a 12 month
manufacturers warranty.

are shipped in the UK by Interlink Express when available on a tracked and
insured service. For Europe deliveries, items are shipped via DPD or Air

Maintenance of this
product
The
guns are robust and handle most liquids and pastes
dispensed from them. The handle uses a low cost rubber gasket seal for
the retainer that can be replaced after very long periods of use. Keep
the trigger assembly clean and grease as required.
