Industrial grade syringe
barrels are manufactured to the very highest possible quality
delivering exceptional performance and consistency. From moulding to
packaging, barrels are guaranteed to be free of silicone
contaminants and imperfections.
The full range of our pneumatic dispensers and syringe guns are shipped with
700
series barrels and pistons. |

Syringe
barrels are no- draft walls with consistent internal diameters that fit
perfectly with pistons to guarantee consistent and highly accurate fluid
dispensing.
Pistons wipe the syringe
insides as liquid is dispensed by a close tolerance fit. This eliminates
air entrapment and fluid shear. Pistons are available in 3 styles to
suit different liquid types.
Barrel adapters are
one-piece precision moulded for a safe and secure attachment.
Use these barrels with pneumatic
dispensers. The 700 Series Premier dispensing syringe barrels
are silicone and chloride- free and designed to work with industry
standard equipment. The syringe barrels are made from low friction
polypropylene to ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity.
Features a double Helix Luer lock for secure dispense tip attachment.
Natural (clear) for most generic applications. Maximum operating pressure
is 100 psi (6.9bar).
Supplied in packs of 50 or bulk packs of 500 and 1000.
Pistons available for all barrel sizes as well as
end caps and adapter
assemblies. Available from stock.

UV Filter (Amber) Syringe

productivity. Use with a choice of wiper pistons. Amber provides
protection of UV/visible light block (up to 520nm), but with the
ability to see material inside the syringe barrel.
