Diaphragm Valves The TS5600 series general purpose diaphragm valves are ideal for making controlled deposits of most low to medium viscosity liquids. The wetted parts are made from UHMW and PTFE for low maintenance handling of reactive adhesives such as cyanoacrylates.

The TS5600 Series dispense valves accurately control the application of most low to medium viscosity fluids without drips. The unique seal-less design incorporates an inert polymer diaphragm that isolates the actuator from the valve. The adjustable open/ close stroke 0.13 to 0.64 mm (0.005" to 0.025") allows for a very fast response with positive shutoff. Wetted components are made of inert plastics. This version has Teflon wetted fluid housing and diaphragm. Valve open time can be as short as 15 milliseconds. Deposit rate can be as high as 500 shots per minute.

This valve takes a direct feed from any pressure pot, cartridge or syringe and includes a selection of flexible fluid line tubing and connectors. The compact design allows for easy installation in most areas or it can be bench mounted for hands free operator control. A typical setup for this valve usually includes a digital controller and small pressure pot.

Liquid can be fed direct into this valve via a syringe barrel or from a pressure pot using a fluid line tube

Model TS5622VT with Teflon polymer wetted parts is used for dispensing solvents, cyanoacrylates, anaerobics and fluxes. This valve is very simple to operate using the TS500R, TS250, or TS350 digital timed valve controllers. Supplied with air hose, input fittings, tip adapter, mounting bracket, tip selection and user guide.
