An extensive
range of dispensing tips for use with syringe barrels, dispense
bottles, dispense valves and robots. All tips are industrial grade
safe for use to 100 psi air pressures and are certified
silicone-free. Luer lock helix secure attachment for twist-on leak free
dispensing.
The TSS needle series
consist of a stainless-steel luer lock hub with stainless steel precision shaft. This
high quality line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and
electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. Suitable for
dispensing most fluids, SMT adhesives and solvents. Industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi.
Ideal for use on robot dispensing systems as tips are cut high precision
for total consistency. Supplied in
a sealed pack of 10.
This tip is
precision made to be used with manual dispensers as well as on automated
XYZ robot dispensers. Suitable for use with syringe barrels, cartridges (using
TSD931-7 adapter) and with all metering
valves.

Using these
products
Metal tips are designed to work with all luer lock and
luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with
most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. When dispensing
Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend selecting our Teflon, Teflon Lined
or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones,
mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered
tips.
