.control, we recommend using the TS250 digital timed syringe dispenser
that is supplied ready for use with this product. The TS250 is a
pneumatic bench top dispenser with timer control to make repeat deposits
or controlled beads of virtually any liquid. It features a shot counter to show
number of deposits made and an LCD timer display. Supplied with a foot
pedal, power cord, airline hose, tip kit and user guide.

A portable and lightweight
manual syringe gun for applying most fluids. A 7:1 ratio leverage for
effortless trigger movement. The rod moves 3mm (1/8") once pressed to
provide repeat deposits without drips or ooze.
This is the 30cc/ 30ml version for use with our 30cc high density
barrels.
Typical
applications include silicone and RTV beads, grease brushing to parts,
pesticides gels for roach control, PVA glue to wooden or paper products, solder
paste repairs, flux beads, general dispensing.

Maintenance of this
product
The
guns are robust and handle most liquids and pastes
dispensed from them. However, it is important to press the small release
button at the top of the gun before pulling the rod back when changing
syringe barrels. O-rings can become worn or covered in
glue so they are available to order from stock. Select the 30cc size in
EPR or Viton. Please contact us if replacement rods are required.
