ADL precision fittings offer safe and leak free connections from
cartridges. This versatile adapter converts
any 310ml sealant and silicone type cartridge for use with nozzles or
luer lock fittings. It threads over the 310ml cartridge tube end to
provide a 1/4" NPT internal nozzle thread.
A high density reusable nylon
adapter fitting that is used on 310ml (1/10 gallon) size caulking tube
cartridges that feature an external threaded nipple. This thread is
usually cut to accept a nozzle. This adapter fitting attaches to the
nipple thread on the cartridge and allows for any of our 1/4" NPT thread nozzles
to attach. This part is ONLY for use with pre-filled sealant type
cartridges and will adapt these for use with our nozzles, fittings and
other components.
Use with part TSD931-15 (pictured
above)
for syringe filling. This allows for a direct syringe attachment for
transfer of liquid from 310ml cartridge to syringe. Or use with part TSD931-7 for
direct attachment of smaller precision dispensing tips.
This fitting converts any 310ml cartridge
external thread to a 1/4" NPT female thread. Supplied individually
in a sealed pack.
A robust part that can be cleaned and re-used or sealed off tight when on the
cartridge using a cap to protect against air curing.

Using this
product
Fittings are
designed to be disposable after a period of time. Using tip caps
(7015LLBPK) will ensure the end of
male fittings are sealed from the air when not in use.
