High-performance fluids
and adhesives for bonding materials and protecting exposed parts can be
expensive, making waste reduction an important issue. In many
applications, the elimination of over application can reduce waste by
50% or even more. ADL systems are designed to empty syringe barrels and
cartridges as completely as possible, minimising any waste. The closed
dispensing systems also reduce waste by minimising premature curing of
adhesives and materials.
When fluids are dispensed consistently, whether by operator or on an
assembly machine; manufacturers will achieve better control and
streamline their production, reducing labour time and eliminating costly
repairs and rework.
Cleaner application with ADL systems means reduced time and less cost
