The use of a TS250 timed
air powered syringe dispenser will substantially reduce adhesive cost by eliminating
waste, mess and inconsistent amounts. Adhesive deposits should be exact
in order to properly bond components during assembly. Too little
adhesive applied can result in failures and weak bonds. Too much will
cause a mess and waste material often resulting in cleanup or rejects.
This system applies accurate repeat dots or controlled lines of watery
liquids to thick pastes including sealants, gels, pastes, epoxies,
solder pastes, fluxes, cyanoacrylates, thread lockers, anaerobics,
grease, inks, paints, primers and activators. Use 0-15 psi version
(TS-255) for very watery liquids. Easy to
setup and operate. Worldwide power supply and includes air connection
kit to link to mains supply. Includes starter pack of 10cc size syringe
barrels, pistons and dispensing tips. Also available with full component
kits.
