The following systems are recommended for applying repeat deposits of fluxes, silicones, sealants and other pastes. Products are proven to apply liquids and pastes without mess or waste.

	TS755SG	Manual Gun	Manual SyringeGun applicator for 55cc barrels. Squeeze trigger and plunger rod moves 1/8" (3mm) to provide a measured deposit. Repeat squeezing for controlled beads. Lightweight high density plastics. Fits all standard 55cc barrels. Comes with basic kit including needle tips.

	TS16-60	Manual Gun	Manual Cartridge Gun applicator for 180cc (6oz) sized cartridges. Robust steel and aluminium Hand trigger moves rod to apply material and moves back slightly after dispense to reduce any drips. Easy bayonet attachment of retainer to handle. Lightweight yet robust.

	250065	Pneumatic Gun	Pneumatic Cartridge Gun applicator for 180cc (6oz) sized cartridges. Robust steel and aluminium gun. Safe for use up to 100psi. Quick exhaust air release reduces drips and ooze. Easy bayonet attachment of retainer to handle. Handle can be removed and used with lever.

	TS924	Manual Dispenser	Pneumatic footvalve dispenser with adjustable 0-100 psi air regulator. Sits under work bench. Air adapter runs to syringe barrel in sizes 1cc to 60cc. Ideal for pastes, epoxies, gels, grease, flux, silicones, sealants and solder. Non timed deposits. Simple to use.

	TS250	Timed Dispenser	Digital system with adjustable timer and LCD display for repeat deposits of adhesives and fluxes. Vacuum suck back to prevent drips. Use syringes 1cc to 60cc. Foot pedal or finger switch control. Timer can be set to dispense a repeat deposit. Supplied complete.

	TS5000DMP	Auger Valve	Motor driven auger valve for exact deposits of pastes and fluxes. Material is fed from a syringe barrel to the valve that will dispense a volumetric amount regardless of viscosity or temperature change. Use with TS500R digital controller. Ideal for solder pastes and epoxies.

	J2203	Bench Robot	A 3 axis XYZ bench robot capable of dispensing repeat dots, controlled lines, arcs and circles of any material or adhesive. Rapid indexing between products. 200 x 200mm work area. Quick pattern array setup. Input programs via the teach pendant. Store up to 255 programs.
