Systems for Dispensing Inks

The following systems are recommended for controlled deposits of inks and paints. The systems will apply controlled beads or lines without drips or mess.

We provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.

	AD2BC	Dispense Bottle	Manual 2oz (60ml) size squeeze bottle with luer lock cap for secure tip attachment. Low cost and versatile applicator which is ideal for PVA glues, inks and other liquids. Gently squeeze and liquid flows easily. Ideal for crafts, inks and other low volume applications. Includes tips and cap seals.

	TS710SG	Manual Gun	Manual SyringeGun applicator for 10cc barrels. Squeeze trigger and plunger rod moves 1/8" (3mm) to provide a measured deposit. Repeat squeezing for controlled beads. Lightweight high density plastics. Fits all standard 10cc barrels. Comes with basic kit including needle tips.

	TS-250	Timed Dispenser	Digital system with adjustable timer and LCD display for repeat deposits of adhesives and inks. Vacuum suck back to prevent drips. Use syringes 1cc to 60cc. Foot pedal or finger switch control. Timer can be set to dispense a repeat deposit. Supplied complete.

	TS1212	Pinch Valve	Low cost pinch tube valve for adhesives, chemicals and inks. Disposable pinch tubes eliminate cleanup making this valve ideal for curing liquids. This valve is operated by the TS500R digital controller. Will make repeat dots or controlled lines without drips or mess.

	J2203	Bench Robot	A 3 axis XYZ bench robot capable of dispensing repeat dots, controlled lines, arcs and circles of any material or adhesive. Rapid indexing between products. 200 x 200mm work area. Quick pattern array setup. Input programs via the teach pendant. Store up to 255 programs.
