Cartridges are supplied
packaged in sizes from 30cc to 960cc
with most single part materials as well as resin pre-mixed and
frozen materials. Cartridges are silicone free and industrial
grade strength for use with even the most aggressive
adhesives and fluids.
We provide cartridges filled with your selected material and
packaged air-free for controlled dispensing. By
receiving your material packaged in a high quality
cartridge, you eliminate the need to transfer from drums,
cans or tins. Each cartridge is supplied with a data
label including batch code, part no, date of fill, shelf
life and material safety information. Cartridges can
be used with a full range of manual or pneumatic
guns or in cartridge
retainers when feeding a
metering
valve
system.
Plungers are selected to suit the
type of material. Low pressure plungers for very high viscosity
fluids, dual wiper plungers for lower viscosity fluids. Caps are
used to provide an air-tight seal for shipping and storage.
All cartridges feature a 1/4" NPT thread to allow attachment
of any standard
nozzle or any
needle
tip
when used with a
needle adapter.
Cartridges are supplied
with reduced air entrapment and include pre-inserted wiper pistons and
cap seals. We only supply the highest quality plastic components that
are silicone free and industrial grade safe.
