The precision spray valves
apply low viscosity liquids with mess or waste. Using low pressure
and low volume, they can be adjusted from a jet to a fine mist. Use
with the TS500R valve machine for automated or operator controlled

for PDF datasheet selection guide. Precision valves will dispense
accurate deposits direct from syringes, cartridges or pressure pots.
Valves will cycle from 500 to 600 times per minute giving repeatable and
fast deposits for bonding, sealing, coating and potting applications.
Valves operate with minimal maintenance, ensuring clean and accurate
dispensing whether used by hand, fixed on a production line or mounted
onto an XYZ robot.
From standard 0.046" nozzle to smaller 0.014" nozzle in either round
pattern spray or wide shape fan spray. Typical applications include
marking parts with ink, coating parts with
lubricant, fine oil spray to tools and dies for
metal stamping, primers and activators to products,
conformal coatings.
