The inner feed path auger screw for
use with the TS5000DMP motor driven dispense valve. Made from
high density Delrin material. Includes the male luer tip
adapter. Supplied pre-assembled and ready for use.
Replacement feed paths for use with
TS5000DMP auger valve. Simple rapid changeover for maintenance free
dispensing. 8 pitch size. High density Delrin. Fits into valve and
allows for direct attachment of syringe barrel to feed material and
dispense tip on the output. Supplied preassembled in sealed packs of 10
parts.
The unique DMP (Disposable Material Path) Valve
(TS5000DMP) offers a choice of 3 different feed screw sizes (6, 8 and
16-pitch), all made of Delrin. The DMP Valve has a hinged doorway that
opens easily so the disposable auger can be removed and replaced within
seconds, while the line is still in operation, significantly reducing
downtime and waste.
The choice of left, right or center hinge
openings makes the valve suitable for mounting on most automated
systemsfeed paths for use with
TS5000DMP auger valve.

consuming cleanup. Variable speed and auger size allow for micro
dots or precise lines of material. Reverse action prevents
oozing.
