Industrial Fluid Dispensing Nozzles
Industrial grade nozzles for use with cartridges or spool valves. All nozzles feature a 1/4" NPT thread for secure attachment to cartridge. Made from silicone-free plastics. Use nozzles for applying most glues, adhesives, pastes, gels, greases, silicones, sealants, epoxies and other assembly fluids.

Nozzles for dispensing from cartridges and dispense valves. Products are silicone free and safe for use to 100 psi. All feature an industry standard 1/4" NPT thread to cartridge or for use with spool valves. If using with pre-filled sealant and silicone 310ml cartridge tubes that feature an external nozzle thread to cut, part number TSD931-296 is required.

These nozzles can also be cut back to increase orifice size. Natural polyethylene materials either in high density (HDPE) or in softer, less-rigid low density (LDPE). Nozzles are supplied in sealed packs of 10, 50, 500 or 1000. Use with most fluids, resins and solvents. Click on each part code below for more options.
