Pneumatic dispensers require clean and dry compressed air from
most small compressors, a mains factory air supply or nitrogen.
We recommend the use of a 5 micron air filter on the supply air
into the dispenser. This will reduce oil, moisture and particles
from the air. No other maintenance is required as the dispenser
applies liquid direct from a syringe barrel without being in
direct contact with it. Syringe barrels and dispense tips are
all available from stock
Dispensers will handle all
viscosity liquids from thin solvents to thick pastes. Customers
use these systems for a wide range of dispense projects. Common
applications include solder paste, fluxes, silicones, gels, UV
cure, Cyanoacrylate & more. CE approved machines with serial
numbers and batch codes. All dispensers are shipped with easy to
