Fluid tanks keep a steady fluid pressure, eliminate fluid contamination and evaporation, and eliminate fumes. This EPR rubber O-Ring seals around the tank lid.

TS1258-VIT O-Ring for TS1258 Pressure Pot Techcon

This part code is for a replacement EPR rubber O-ring for the TS2220 pressure pot. The standard O-ring supplied with the pressure pot is EOR rubber and is intended for applications with lubricants, conductive and non-conductive adhesives and various other compounds not listed below. This O-ring may be cleaned with Toluene and/ or Isopropyl Alcohol.

WARNING: Do not soak O-ring in Toluene, MEK and Acetone. Read material safety data sheet for any solvent prior to use.

Spare O-ring. A kit is available made from EPR and is intended for applications using fluids containing UV adhesives, Cyanoacrylates (CAs), Methacrylates, and/or Acrylic Acids. If used, this O-ring may be cleaned as necessary with Isopropyl Alcohol, Acetone and MEK.

Please note: Occasionally and EPR O-ring will swell or degrade when in contact with some UV adhesives, Cyanoacrylates (CAs), Methacrylates and/or Acrylic Acids. This might be due to other components in the fluid product. The O-ring is easy to replace, fitted in the slot within the tank lid. 6mm Diameter.
