Offering the widest range of industrial dispensing components for use with a wide range of adhesives, gels, epoxies, silicones and lubricants. All cartridges are industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi air pressures and are certified silicone-free. Featuring an internal and external moulded thread for secure attachment of nozzles and fittings.
Pyles cartridges

Pyles Cartridges and Accessories provide a clean, efficient and low-cost method for material packaging to meet all types of production requirements. Cartridges are molded in a process control setting. Plungers designed with a wiper leading edge to clean each cartridge thoroughly. Caps and plugs provide sealing for both ends of the cartridge are available, making the system ideal for used in single or plural components as well as pre-mixed frozen application.  

Pyles Cartridges are available in 6 (177ml) and 12 (355ml) ounce. Each size can be used with hand held or bench mounted air powered dispensing tools or manual dispensing tools. All sizes are fitted with both ¼'' NPT female thread orifice and external Buttress threads. Custom colors, including green, are available with minimum order quantity requirement.

High density polyethylene (HDPE). Rigid plastic material. All cartridges feature the 1/4" NPT thread & buttress for nozzle attachment.

Kits supplied packaged with the same number of cartridges and wiper plungers. Supplied seperately ready for filling and the plunger being inserted.

Supplied in sealed packs

Cartridge tip caps thread (1/4" NPT) to the nozzle end of the cartridge. Cartridge end caps clip onto the top end (flange) of the cartridge. All caps are reusable.
