Precision stainless
steel burr-free tube to moulded colour coded polypropylene hub with luer lock. Use this tip for dispensing adhesives,
solvents, glues, primers, activators and others. A standard
stainless shaft length of 1.0". This tip has a crimped tube to
the hub so is ideal for solvents and solvent based glues. Uses a
double helix luer lock safety hub for leak free attachment to all
syringes. |

The TES
Series dispensing tips offer a variety of dispensing performance and
flexibility options. Stainless steel tubing is cut to precise lengths
and ground to be burr-free. Cut tubing is crimped into aluminium locking
insert, then moulded into polyethylene hubs. Moulded hub colours
correspond to gauge size. All TES Series tips secure to syringe barrels
and correspond to the double helix luer lock specification.
Using an aluminium crimp to join the tube to the hub means these tips
are ideal for use with solvents.

Tips are
colour coded for gauge size. The tip uses a slightly tapered
internal design where the shaft joins the hub to ease
fluid flow and reduce restriction.
This allows for a
lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and
pastes.
