Use a barrel loader system to transfer adhesives, pastes, sealants, gels, grease and compounds from cartridges into syringe barrels. Material is fed to the bottom luer part of the barrel which prevents air entrapment from entering the material. reduces mess and material waste. A choice of options are available. For materials that are supplied in pre-packaged cartridges such as sealants, silicones and RTV's, we also provide filling systems for 10oz or 310ml (1/10 gallon) cartridge size. See 900-110 system below. These systems work when connected to an air-powered dispenser or to a regulated compressed air supply. We can also provide low cost timed-shot or non-timed dispensers should you not wish to tie up your existing dispenser whilst filling your barrels. If your material is supplied in in tins, tubes, packs or other containers, we provide a range of cartridge options to allow easy transfer into barrels. These systems come complete with an empty cartridge and plunger, syringe barrels, wiper plungers, fluid filling fittings and cap seals. Filling systems provide excellent results for most medium to high viscosity materials.
