Portable and lightweight manual syringe gun applicator for applying
most silicones, pastes, gels, fluxes, adhesives, glues and greases. Gun
sizes for
use with 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc size industrial grade syringe barrels with wiper
pistons and luer lock tips.
When a small spot of grease is required to a motor assembly, or for
repair work, prototypes, etc. - these dispensers are a cost effective
solution. They are robust enough for
regular use yet portable and are well suited for low to medium volume
assembly work,
design work or field work.
Syringe guns offer a low cost
dispensing solution for most low to medium viscosity pastes, gels,
silicone sealants, greases, solder pastes, fluxes, adhesives and many other liquids,
gels and compounds. A portable and
lightweight manual dispenser for applying most fluids.
A high ratio leverage for
effortless trigger movement. For standard TS and TSI dispensers, the rod moves 3mm (1/8 Inch) once pressed to
provide controlled deposits without drips or ooze. Push the top button to
release and pull back the plunger rod to remove the barrel. Simple bayonet
twist-on/ twist-off syringe barrel attachment.
Each
syringe gun applicator includes basic components or order the versions with full barrel
and precision tip kits. All syringeguns ship direct from
stock and include instructions for use.

Reinforced nylon body with polypropylene flange to
accept barrel twist-in. Includes rubber O-ring seal
with spare. Top button to release rod. Supplied as gun only with (1) barrel,
piston, cap and tip or with gun with full barrel,
pistons, cap seals
and tips as a starter kit.
UV version is with black barrels. LV version is for

high density clear polypropylene with PE wiper pistons. Kit includes
an air cap, gasket and 5ft. airline hose with connector to dispenser.
