air-powered low pressure syringe barrel dispensers for simple
application of CA adhesives without drips or material mess. Timed
dots or controlled beads. Adjust pressure, digital timer for making
shots and use the vacuum to prevent drips.
The air-free peristaltic pump can make
repeat deposits or beads of CA's using the electric finger switch or
optional foot pedal. A digital display shows the settings. Draws the
adhesive from the glue bottle. Reverse mode prevents drips.
Use hand
lever pressure pot systems for applying beads of CA adhesives direct
from 500 gram sized glue bottles. A simple lever allows flow with

Air operated valve systems also use a
pressure pot but the valve is operated by a digital controller unit
allowing for repeat and exact shots. Bench mounted
or fixed to a robot or as part of an assembly line.
Benchtop robots will make exact high
speed deposits of any pattern including rapid dots, beads, arcs, circles
or potting.
