The
angled bend
needle series tips consist of a stainless-steel shaft UV bonded to a double helix
polypropylene hub. This premier line of dispensing needles is burr-free,
and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material
flow.
Suitable for dispensing most fluids, adhesives,
resins, pastes and solvents.
Certified silicone-free, chloride-free materials and industrial grade safe for
use to 100 psi. Supplied in sealed packs of 50, 500 or 1000. Use
these tips for high precision controlled application on pneumatic
dispensing equipment, manual syringes and bottles, automated
applications.
Tips are
colour coded for gauge diameter size. The tips feature a tapered
internal hub design where the stainless steel tube meets the hub to improve
fluid flow and reduce any flow restriction. This allows for a
lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and
pastes.
These tips are precision bent in tube lengths of 0.5", 1.0" and 1.5" and with tube
gauge diameter sizes of 14 to 34 and in 30, 45, 60 or 90 angled bends.
Use these tips with luer
lock and luer slip syringes, air-powered syringe
barrels,
bottles,
fittings and dispensing
shot
valves.
Silicone-free materials
ensure sensitive adhesives used with these parts will not become contaminated.
