Industrial grade syringe
barrels are manufactured to the very highest possible quality
for delivering exceptional dispensing performance and consistency. From moulding to
packaging, barrels are guaranteed to be free of silicone
contaminants and imperfections.
Pistons ensure that the pressure is evenly spread across the fluid
surface to provide consistent dispensing. Wiper seal pistons prevent
dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the syringe barrel
wall clean as fluid is dispensed.
Easy flow pistons are recommended for most
general applications and they ensure no material residue is left on
the syringe barrel walls while dispensing. Supplied in packs of 50,
500 or 1000.
Maximum operating pressure is 100psi (6.9 bar). All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs
that
include label with batch codes.

Typical Applications:-
Barrels and pistons are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment
or syringe guns. They are thick walled with wide flanges and designed
for high pressure. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no
taper. This ensures the wiper piston inside moves down without
restriction to improve performance. For pastes, adhesives, solvents,
epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks & gels. This range have luer lock
ends for twist on tip attachment.
