The TS5620 series diaphragm valves are designed to dispense low to medium viscosity fluids materials with precision accuracy over a wide range of shot and bead sized down to a fraction of a micro litre. An internal spring return makes the valves fully adaptable for use with our time/pressure controllers.

A short opening stroke provides extremely fast, positive shut-off. An external stroke control adjustment makes it easy for the operator to fine tune shot sizes. The TS5620 Series compact design allows for mounting flexibility and easy integration into automated applications and on XYZ robots.

Body available in FDA-compliant Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) for most applications. A Teflon version is available for chemical compatibility and a Delrin black version for UV-curables is available. Hand-held actuated non timed lever versions for manual non-timed shots.

The valves are easy to use and maintain with user replaceable spare parts. Use UHMW or Teflon with cyanoacrylates, anaerobics, liquid fluxes, resins, lacquers, primers, activators, inks, solvents. TS250, TS350 or TS550R recommended controllers. Use TS1215, TS2220, TS2250 TS1258 or TS22100LS pressure pots.

Precision valves will dispense accurate deposits direct from syringes, cartridges or pressure pots. Valves operate with minimal maintenance, ensuring clean and accurate dispensing & can be fixed on a production line or onto an XYZ robot. All valves have a commodity code of 90282000.
