These precision spray valves
apply low to medium viscosity liquids in a fine mist coating
without overspray. Using low pressure and low volume, they can be
adjusted from a jet to a fine mist for marking, bonding,
coating, lubricating. Used with the TS560R
digital valve controller and a range of pressure pot tanks for fully automated or manual
operator controlled assembly applications.

Precision spray valves for coating, marking bonding and lubricating.
High levels on control with no overspray. Suitable for many fluids
and low to medium viscosity materials. Precision valves will
dispense accurate deposits direct from syringes, cartridges or
pressure pots.
Valves will cycle from 500 to 600 times per
minute giving repeatable and fast deposits for bonding, sealing,
coating and potting applications or make continuous spray patterns. Valves operate with minimal
maintenance, ensuring clean and accurate dispensing whether used by
hand, fixed on a production line or mounted onto an XYZ robot. From
standard 0.046 Inch nozzle to smaller 0.014 Inch nozzle in either
round cone pattern spray or wide shaped fan spray.
Typical
applications include marking parts with ink, coating parts with
lubricant, fine oil spray to tools and dies for metal stamping,
primers and activators to products, conformal coatings.
