Polypropylene body cartridges used for two component material mixing and dispensing without the need to manually weigh, mix and pour. These products are compatible with all industry standard manual, pneumatic and battery applicator guns. Each cartridge set includes the cartridge, dual pistons and a tip cap seal.

Supplied in kits ready for filling with most two part epoxies, silicone, polyurethanes, compounds or other materials. The main resin (part A) is fed separately to the catalyst (part B) and both materials leave the cartridge to meet then dynamically blend within the static mixer nozzle. Any cartridges that are not empty can be simply capped off ready for use with a new mixer nozzle. You never waste material in the cartridges.

The C-system cartridges are available in mix ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 by volume. Products are industrial grade safe to 100 psi pressure and are certified silicone-free.
