Offering the widest
range of dispensing tips for use with syringe barrels, dispense
bottles, dispense valves and robots. All tips are industrial grade
safe for use to 100 psi air pressures and are certified
silicone-free. Luer lock secure attachment for leak free dispensing.
These budget tips have a colour coded luer lock plastic hub
that is epoxy bonded to a stainless steel tube. |

The E series consist of a stainles-steel
tube shaft with a luer lock colour coded polypropylene hub. This line of
dispensing needles is burr-free, and electo-polished shaft for
unobstructed and consistent material flow. Designed to dispense most
viscosity fluids and adhesives. These tips are epoxy bonded from the
metal shaft tube to the plastic hub.
All
needle tips are safe to use up to 100 psi air
pressure. They are supplied in standard packs of 500 tips. Suitable for use with
all syringe barrels and dispense bottles including luer lock (twist on) and luer
slip (push on) types for both pneumatic and manual
dispensing.

dispensers, syringe
barrels,
bottles,
fittings
and dispensing metering
valves.
Silicone-free plastics ensure sensitive or specialist adhesives
applied using these parts will not become contaminated in use.
Select the length of tube required and the gauge size (diameter).

grade safe. Supplied in sealed boxes direct from stock.
These tips are suitable for most liquids and pastes and they
