The 1000T system will dispense
virtually any assembly fluid and adhesive or liquid paste, from thin, watery
liquids and solvents to thick gels, silicones and brazing pastes. All
applied quickly, very accurately and with zero waste, operator fatigue or
excessive mess.
This is a system with a 0-100 psi adjustable air
regulator to handle watery fluids and thick pastes. Holding the syringe
barrel like a pen, adjust the air pressure to suit the material being
dispensed and press the foot pedal to apply. When the foot pedal is
released, the deposit instantly stops without drips or ooze. It is safe and
simple to use and reduces time spent manually applying liquids. This compact
dispenser sits on the bench and requires an air input from a small
compressor or factory mains air supply. It comes with airline hose and
fittings kit to make connection easy. 1000T is 220V version/ 1000TE is
the 110V version.
Barrel sizes
available from 3cc to 55cc. Uses an electric foot pedal or
finger switch, both are included in the box. The 1000T
features teach mode to reduce setup time and dual air
output. A sophisticated bench dispenser to handle most
adhesives and liquids.
Use this dispenser for making
micro dots of liquids, gels and pastes or controlled beads
and lines. Or potting products with a high level of control.
Will handle braze pastes, solder pastes, silicones,
sealants, UV cure adhesives, flux materials, conformal
coatings, Cyanoacrylate instant adhesives, solvents, contact
glues, PVA, etc.

Dispensers
require clean and dry compressed air from most small compressors, a
mains factory air supply or nitrogen. We recommend the use of a
5
micron air filter on the supply air into the dispenser. This will
reduce oil, moisture and particles from the air source.
No other
maintenance is required as the dispenser applies liquid direct from
a syringe barrel without being in direct contact with it. Items are
shipped by a courier on a tracked and insured service for all items
that are available from stock. Items on a lead time will be shipped
as soon as they are available with customers notified of expected
shipd date.
Dispensers will handle all
viscosity liquids from thin solvents to thick pastes. Customers use
these systems for a wide range of dispense projects. Common
applications include solder paste, fluxes, silicones, gels, UV cure,

The TS250 system offers the assembler a way to make precision
deposits of liquids, gels and pastes for assembling,
re-work and repair. Make controlled beads and

applying ensures no material mess or costly waste.

vacuum suck-back but the air pressure gauge is 0-15
PSI. So the adjustment is much lower pressure with
increments and range lower. The TS255 is more suited
to dispensing watery liquids, solvents,
Cyanoacrylates, etc. With the lower pressure gauge,
it is much easier to make deposits of low viscosity
liquids without too much flow.

The new DC50 is has an LED adjustable timer, vacuum
suck-back feaure and single timer memory. A cost effective
bench dispenser with 0-100 PSI regulator and gauge
for handling low to high viscosity materials without
