Clear Natural Colour Barrels |
|
General purpose clear barrels made from high density
polypropylene. Can be used with adhesives, solvents,
glues, solder pastes, fluxes, braze pastes, epoxy
resins, potting compounds, inks, grease, primers,
activators and many other assembly fluids. Use with
polyethylene or rubber wiper pistons to provide
controlled deposits from air powered dispensers,

Amber (Tinted) Colour Barrels |

Amber tinted barrels made from high density
polypropylene. Can be used with most liquids, gels,
adhesives and pastes including light sensitive or
reactive adhesives. Use with polyethylene or rubber wiper
pistons to provide controlled deposits from air
powered dispensers, syringe guns or hand plungers.
Caps are used to seal both ends air tight for
storage of materials. Supplied in sealed packs
direct from stock. Silicone-free and industrial
grade safe. Amber provides protection of UV/
visible light block (up to 520nm). |

Black (Opaque) Colour Barrels |

Black opaque barrels made from high density
polypropylene. Can be used with most liquids, gels,
adhesives and pastes including UV cure adhesives
that cannot be exposed to any light. Use with
polyethylene or rubber wiper pistons to provide
controlled deposits from air powered dispensers,
syringe guns or hand plungers. Caps are used to seal
both ends air tight for storage of materials.

5cc Wiper Pistons |
|
Placed inside the syringe barrel when used with an air-powered
dispenser, manual syringe gun or manual plunger rod. Provides a
clean material wipe inside the barrel eliminating material waste
and provides consistent pressure. Also reduces fumes by
providing a barrier seal. Use with most adhesives, liquids and
pastes. Supplied in sealed packs direct from stock.
Silicone-free and industrial grade safe. White wiper piston is
general purpose for most liquids and pastes. Blue is easy flow
for liquids and pastes. Red is flat walled for tacky, stringy
adhesives. Black rubber for particle filled materials and
pastes. |
