Precision premium grade AD series needle series consist of a stainless-steel shaft with a double
helix polypropylene hub. This premier line of dispensing needles is
burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and
consistent material flow.
Suitable for accurately dispensing most
fluids, liquids, pastes, gels, silicones, epoxies, adhesives and solvents. Certified silicone-free,
chloride-free and industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Luer
lock for twist-on/ twist-off attachment. The shorter tube length on
this tip provides higher levels of control over fast deposits and
reduces drip problems for certain liquids.
All dispensing tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip features a tapered
internal design where the tube meets the hub to improve fluid flow
and reduce restriction and back pressure. This allows for a lower pressures to be used
when dispensing higher viscosity gels and pastes.
Use these tips
with luer lock and luer slip syringes, air powered syringe
barrels, bottles, fittings, dispensing valves. Silicone-free
guarantee ensures that sensitive adhesives applied with these parts will not become
contaminated during their use. All products are shipped in sealed
boxes or packs that include label with batch code for
traceability.
