Industrial syringe barrels that are are manufactured to the very highest possible quality delivering exceptional performance and consistency. From moulding to packaging, barrels are guaranteed to be free of silicone contaminants and imperfections. Air powered dispensers and syringe guns are all shipped with these high preformance barrels and wiper pistons.

AD910-N 7100LL1NPK 10cc Clear Syringe Barrel Luer Lock Adhesive Dispensing Ltd

Our 900 series premier dispensing syringe barrels are silicone and chloride-free and designed to work with dispensing equipment - either manually or on a pneumatic dispenser.

The syringe barrels are made from low friction polypropylene to ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Features a double Helix Luer lock for secure dispense tip attachment. Natural (clear) for most generic applications. Maximum operating pressure is 100 psi (6.9bar).

Supplied in packs of 50 or bulk packs of 500 or 1000. Pistons available for all barrel sizes as well as end caps and adapter assemblies. All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs that include printed label with batch codes.

All components are safe, strong and available from stock. These components are industry standard and compatible with most dispensing systems. All components are supplied in sealed packs with labels, batch codes and certificate of conformity. All parts listed on this page are held in stock for very fast delivery.

Placed inside the syringe barrel when used with an air-powered dispenser, manual syringe gun or manual plunger rod. Provides a clean material wipe inside the barrel eliminating material waste and provides consistent pressure. Also reduces fumes by providing a barrier seal.
