The ADL100 is a cost-effective
timed liquid dispenser. It will apply most fluids and thick pastes - with
repeat deposits using the adjustable timer or controlled beads when the
timer is switched off. An adjustable vacuum suck-back prevents thinner
liquids from dripping.
Its simplified construction and operation
makes it easy for anyone that has never used a pneumatic dispenser before.
The unit allows repeat deposits or beads of RTVs, silicones, solder pastes,
glues, UV cure, pastes, grease, primers, adhesives, epoxies and much more.
Sits neatly on any work bench.
Supplied complete with starter kit of
30cc barrels with wiper pistons, tip caps, barrel end caps, tip kit, barrel
adapter assembly hose, electric foot switch, power cord, airline hose,
syringe stand, instruction guide and manuals.
Dispenser is supplied with electric foot switch, power cord, airline hose,
instruction guide and manuals. CE approved.
The dispenser is available direct from stock.

Syringe barrel dispensers require
clean and dry compressed air from most small compressors, a mains
factory air supply or nitrogen. We recommend the use of a
5 micron air
filter on the supply air into the dispenser. This will reduce oil,
moisture and particles from the air. Perisaltic pump air-free dispensers just
require electric power.
No other maintenance is required as
the dispenser applies liquid direct from a syringe barrel without
any machinery being
in direct contact with it. Syringe barrels and dispense tips are all
rated for high pressure use.
Pneumatic dispensers will handle
all viscosity liquids from thin solvents to thick pastes.
Customers use these systems for a wide range of dispense
projects. Common applications include solder paste, fluxes,
silicones, gels, UV cure, Cyanoacrylate & more.
CE approved machines
with serial numbers and batch codes. All dispensers are shipped
with easy to understand user guides to assist setting up.
Syringe barrel dispensers require a compressed air supply of
around 70-100 PSI.
