Our precision
components provide safe and leak free fluid dispensing from syringe barrels,
valves and cartridges.
Precision tips are suitable for use with most adhesives, solvents,
pastes, gels, silicones and other assembly fluids. This kit is in a
presentation case and comes with a selection of dispensing tips. |

Use DCK500 selection of 144 assorted
dispensing barrels, pistons caps and tips in this kit include
the blunt end, the blunt end angled general purpose dispensing
tips, brush tips along with the TTNE taper tips and tip caps.
Includes selection of Teflon Lined tips, 45 and 90 degree bend
tips. Each tray receptacle comes with five samples of each
product.
Dual level plastic box with printed card for
easy product identification. All tips feature double helix
locking thread for safety and are safe to use to 100 psi. Hubs
are colour filtered plastic for UV protection. All components
are silicone and chloride free.
Suitable for accurately dispensing most
fluids, liquids, pastes, gels, silicones, epoxies, adhesives and solvents. Certified silicone-free,
chloride-free and industrial grade safe up to 100 psi. Luer lock for
twist-on/ twist-off attachment.
All dispensing tips are colour coded for gauge size. Tips feature a tapered
internal design where the tube meets the hub to improve fluid flow
and reduce restriction and back pressure. This allows for a lower pressures to be used
when dispensing higher viscosity gels and pastes.
Use these tips
with luer lock and luer slip
syringes,
air
powered syringe
barrels,
bottles,
fittings
and
dispensing shot
valves.
Silicone-free
guarantee
ensures
that sensitive adhesives applied with these parts will not become
contaminated during their use.
All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs that
include label with batch codes.
