50ml Pneumatic Cartridge Gun for Epoxy Dispensing
Cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled application of two component materials direct from 50ml dual dispensing cartridges. This gun includes an easy to use adjustable regulator to ensure a consistent flow of adhesive and fast air release. This is rod driven so provides a very controlled pressure on the dual pistons in the cartridge.
EDS408M 50ml Pneumatic Dual Cartridge Gun

For epoxies, silicones, polyurethanes, adhesives and other materials that are supplied in 50ml two part, side-by-side 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 ratio mix cartridges with the use of a static mixing nozzle.

The lightweight and durable construction of the pneumatic dispenser guns make them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. This gun features a built-in adjustable air regulator to set flow rates.

Connect this applicator to an air supply using the 1/4" BSP thread or order one of our airline hoses. The dual cartridge is pushed into the pivoting gun retainer and clicked in place. Air pressure is dispensed onto the rods pushing down on the pistons within the cartridge. Guns fit comfortably into the hand for use over long periods of time and minimum risk of repetitive strain injury.

All products are CE approved product with a 1 Year warranty. This gun works with all pre-filled 50ml adhesive cartridges 1:1 ratio. Items are shipped using a courier on a tracked and insured service with products that are available from stock. Items on a longer lead time will be shipped as soon as they are made available.
