23 Gauge Dispensing Tip PTFE Teflon Tube
Dispensing tip with long flexible translucent clear tube and threaded luer lock colour coded hub for secure attachment to syringe barrels or dispense valves. Ideal for use with Cyanoacrylates and other low viscosity liquids as adhesives will not stick to the tube or prematurely clog. The clear shaft allows fluid flow to be visible.
TF23-1/2 Teflon tip blue adhesive dispensing
A semi flexible 23 gauge blue Teflon tip 1/2 Inch long. Threaded polypropylene hub with semi rigid PTFE Teflon shaft. Ideal for use with cyanoacrylate adhesives, solvents and many other low to medium viscosity fluids.

Clear translucent shaft below the colour coded hub allows fluid flow to be viewed during dispensing. Supplied in sealed packs of 50. Bulk packs of 1000 are available now. Shaft length of 0.50" (12.7mm). Suitable for dispensing most fluids, adhesives and solvents. Certified silicone-free, chloride-free and industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi.

Tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip features a tapered internal design where the shaft meets the hub to improve fluid flow and reduce restriction. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing gels and pastes.

Use with luer lock and luer slip syringes, air-powered dispensers, syringe barrels, bottles, fittings and dispensing shot valves. Silicone-free plastics ensure sensitive adhesives applied with these parts will not become contaminated during use.

All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs that include label with batch codes.
