Our Syringe Gun dispensers are designed for the controlled
application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. A cost
effective quality made syringe dispensing gun for use with
standard 10ml size syringe barrels. Ideal for low volume
production, re-work or repair work.
Syringe Guns offer a low cost
dispensing solution for most low to medium viscosity pastes, gels,
silicones, greases, adhesives and many other liquids. A portable and
lightweight manual dispenser for applying most fluids.
A 7:1 ratio leverage for
effortless trigger movement. The rod moves 3mm (1/8 Inch) once pressed to
provide controlled deposits without drips or ooze. Push the top button to
release and pull back the plunger rod to remove the barrel. Simple bayonet
twist-on/ twist-off syringe barrel attachment.
Ideal manual gun for deposits or
beads of solder paste, solder flux, RTV, silicones, sealants, gels, greases,
compounds, PVA glues, general adhesives and many other liquids.

The guns are
robust and handle most liquids and pastes dispensed from
them. However, it is important to press the small release
button at the top of the gun before pulling the rod back
when changing syringe barrels. O-rings can become worn or
covered in glue so they are available to order from stock as
replacements.
What is
supplied with the TS710SG Syringe Gun? Each
syringe gun applicator includes components and this version
is supplied with: (1) dispensing barrel reservoir, (1) wiper
piston, (1) storage end cap, (1) locking tip cap, (3)
dispensing tips. These products ship direct from
stock and include basic instructions for setup and use.
For the full
gun/ kit version, you receive (50) 10cc clear syringe
barrel, (50) 10cc white wiper piston, (50) orange snap-on
end cap seal, (50) twist-on luer lock tip cap seal, (50)
assorted dispensing tips, (1) spare rubber O-ring.
General Use: Guns are portable and can be
used in a factory production or assembly department as well
as for repair and re-work. Guns are commonly used in the
field for repair or maintenance applications.
