B-System Dual Cartridges & Static Mixer Nozzles |
|
High density dual component dispense cartridges for two part
adhesives, epoxies, silicones and other fluids. All sets are
supplied with matching pistons and a tip cap ready for filling and
dispensing. These are manual applicators supplied with plunger rods
and pistons ready for a choice of mix nozzle. Components are certified industrial grade
safe and
silicone free. The B-system has a twist-cap
nozzle attachment and part (A) and part (B) of the resin is fed
from separate outlet holes. |

Polypropylene body cartridges used for
two component material mixing and dispensing without the need to manually
weigh, mix and pour. These products are compatible with B-System static
mixer nozzles.
Each cartridge set
includes the cartridge, dual pistons and a tip cap seal. Dual
system 25ml size 1:1 mix ratio by volume. Materials are filled and stored
in the two separate chambers of the cartridge system and dispensed simultaneously
into the static mixer where dynamic mixing
takes place. Use with 2-part epoxies, resins,
sealants, silcones & polyurethanes.
This cartridge is
manufactured from polypropylene so will resist most chemicals and
solvents. The 25ml kits come with the following parts:
(50) Cartridge 1:1 with volume capacity of 25ml maximum.
(50) Manual
plunger rods with piston wipe ends.
(50) Dust tip cap seal.
All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs
that
include label with batch codes.

| The B-system
nozzles use a locking cap
attachment to the cartridge. Available in a wide
range of diameters and lengths. Helical round
version or quadro square body with green
elements. Nozzles outer is
made of natural high density polypropylene.
S have stepped end. T have tapered end. L have
luer end. D have open end. White and green for
1:1/2:1 and orange for 4:1/10:1. Click
