B-System Dual Cartridges & Static Mixer Nozzles |

High
performance dual 2K component dispensing cartridges for mixing,
blending
and then delivering so many two part
adhesives, epoxies, silicones, polyurethanes, resins and other materials.
Supplied with matching pistons and a tip cap ready for easy material filling
then
accurate dispensing. Used with our range of manual, battery and pneumatic
applicator guns. Components are always certified industrial grade and
silicone free. The B-system has a twist-cap
nozzle attachment and part (A) and part (B) of the resin is fed
from separate outlet holes. |

Polypropylene body cartridges used for two component material mixing and
dispensing without the need to manually weigh, mix and pour. These products are
compatible with all industry standard manual, pneumatic and battery
applicator guns. Each cartridge set includes the cartridge, dual pistons and
a tip cap seal.
Supplied in kits ready for filling with most two
part epoxies, silicone, polyurethanes, compounds or other materials. The
main resin (part A) is fed separately to the catalyst (part B) and both
materials leave the cartridge to meet then dynamically blend within the
static mixer nozzle. Any cartridges that are not empty can be simply capped
off ready for use with a new mixer nozzle. You never waste material in the
cartridges.
The B-system cartridges are available in mix ratios of
1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 by volume. Products are industrial grade safe to 100
psi pressure and are certified silicone-free.
Applicator guns are available for all size cartridges either
in manual, pneumatic and now battery versions. Please see
product options on this page. All products are supplied in
sealed packs with labels and batch codes.

B-System Bayonet Mixer Nozzles |

| The B-system
nozzles use a locking cap
attachment to the cartridge. Available in a wide
range of diameters and lengths. Helical round
version or quadro square body with green
elements. Nozzles outer is
made of natural high density polypropylene.
S have stepped end. T have tapered end. L have
luer end. D have open end. White and green for
1:1/2:1 and orange for 4:1/10:1. Click
