5 Litre Pressure Pot with Adjustable Air Regulator
Our
pressure tanks keep a steady fluid pressure, eliminate fluid
contamination and evaporation, and eliminate fumes. Models
are available to suit many liquids, adhesives and solvents.
This stainless steel version has adjustable air pressure and
is supplied complete with fluid lines and fittings. Use the
adjustable regulator on the lid to provide a constant flow
of liquid. Available with electric level sensing version.
The
TS2250 Pressure Pot (pressure up to 75 psi) is designed to
accommodate all solvents and adhesives, as well as cyanoacrylates
and UV cure. It will accommodate clear, black and stainless steel
fittings and feed tubing in 1/4, 3/8 and 6 mm OD, with stainless
steel compression path fitting for a continuous fluid path from the
reservoir inside the pot to the point of use.
Feed tube is
pushed through the tank lid fitting to reach the inside bottom
chamber. The fitting is then tightened to ensure a direct liquid
flow without leaks. Airtight seals ensure no leakage or air
entrapment problems. The 75 psi operating pressure version easily
handles fluid with viscosity up to 35,000 CPS.
The pressure
gauge and pressure regulator are located on top for easy reading and
access. Includes 1/4" OD fluid line connector kit.
When
dispensing adhesives, a container or bottle should be placed inside
the tank chamber. Do not pour curable adhesives directly into the
pot to avoid damage or excessive clean up. Non cured liquids can
simply be poured in if requred. Main tank body is stainless steel
and the lid is aluminium.
Tanks with electric level sensor
use metal magnet parts and tube inside so are not suitable for
reactive adhesives such as Cyanoacrylates. Use standard TS2250 tank
without level sensor for Cyanoacrylate and other reactive adhesives.
