Polypropylene body cartridges used for two component material
mixing and dispensing without the need to manually weigh, mix
and pour. These products are compatible with all industry
standard manual, pneumatic and battery dispenser guns. Each
cartridge set includes the cartridge, dual pistons and a tip cap
seal.
Supplied in kits ready for filling with most two
part epoxies, silicone, polyurethanes, compounds or other
materials. The main resin (part A) is fed separately to the
catalyst (part B) and both materials leave the cartridge to meet
then dynamically blend within the static mixer nozzle. Part used
cartridges that are not empty can be simply capped off ready for
use with a new mixer nozzle.
Supplied with vented pistons that have push
caps to seal the centre once the piston has been insterted. Products are industrial grade safe to 100
psi pressure and are certified silicone-free materials.
The static mixer nozzles are available in different sizes with
different volumes and a variety of mixing elements. One of the
main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents of
the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. When use has stopped,
the nozzle is removed and the the cartridge can be easily closed
and stored for further use, without the material curing.
The piston plugs are inserted into piston A and piston B
once the cartridge has been filled. This allows air to escape
through the pistons when inserting.
Dispenser guns are available for all size cartridges either in
manual, pneumatic and now battery versions. Please see product

with labels and batch codes. All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs
that
include label with batch codes.

F-System Static Mixer Nozzles |

| The F-system
nozzles use a locking cap
attachment to the cartridge. Available in a wide
range of diameters and lengths. Helical round
version white colour for 1:1 and 2:1 ratio
cartridges and orange colour for 4:1 and 10:1
ratio cartridges. Or quadro square body with
white cap for 1:1 and 2:1 ratio cartridges and
orange cap for 4:1 and 10:1 ratio cartridges. Nozzles outer is
made of natural high desnsity polypropylene.
